About

Built by people who run restaurants

Olia is operations software for hospitality teams. It started because one of our founders could not find a proper tool for running daily operations across his own venues.

    Opening soon · from €79 · per location ·no per-user fees

    What Olia is, in short.

    Daily checklists

Opening, closing and mid-shift routines that your team completes on a shared tablet at the venue.

    Compliance logs

Timestamped records such as fridge temperatures and allergen checks that you can download when someone asks for them.

    Info Hub and training

Procedures, recipes and cleaning standards in one place, with training completion tracked per team member.

    Multi-location visibility

One dashboard for the compliance status of every venue in your group.

    Who is behind Olia

Olia is built by two co-founders based in Barcelona. Jay Crichton, co-founder and CEO, runs Little Fern, a Barcelona restaurant group with two locations, a cafe, a bakery, a central kitchen and a wholesale business. Dora Angelov, co-founder and CPO, has spent the last decade in project and product management and leads product at Olia.

Jay was patching together his own tools for daily operations across Little Fern. Olia is what that turned into once it was built properly for other hospitality teams.

    How we price

Olia is priced per location, with no per-user fees, so adding staff to a venue does not change the bill. The Starter plan is from 79 euros per location per month, and larger groups can talk to us about an Enterprise contract.
