    Where the two differ.

    Who each is built for

Operandio lists restaurants and franchises alongside hotels, childcare, fitness and retail. Olia is built only for hospitality teams, from one venue to a group.

    Shared device login

Both let frontline staff work on a shared device. Operandio says no email or password is needed. In Olia staff pick their name and enter a PIN.

    Multi-site management

Operandio describes network dashboards for franchise and multi-unit groups. Olia offers a multi-location dashboard with concepts and locations, and reporting filtered by both.

    Sensors

Operandio lists wireless temperature sensors. Olia records temperatures that your team keys in on the kiosk, and does not sell sensors.

    How pricing is shown

Operandio says pricing is based on locations or users plus modules, and asks you to request it. Olia publishes its Starter price: from 79 euros per location per month.

    Getting started

Operandio says it has no free trial but offers a pilot. Olia is billed monthly with no long-term contract.

    What Operandio does well

Operandio is established with franchise and multi-unit operators. If you want automated sensor monitoring, or you run a large franchise network that needs task delegation and oversight at scale, it is a serious option.

Where Olia is the simpler fit

If you run one venue or a handful, and want to see the price before talking to anyone, Olia keeps things small: checklists, compliance logs, an Info Hub with training and a dashboard, priced per location.

There are no per-user fees, so a bigger team never changes the bill.

    How to decide

    A quick way to choose:

    1. Choose Operandio if you need wireless sensors, or you manage a large franchise network.
    2. Choose Olia if you want hospitality-only software with a published per-location price and manual temperature logging on a tablet.
    3. Ask each vendor for current terms, since plans and contracts change.

    Questions, answered.

    Does Olia have temperature sensors?

No. Olia records temperatures that your team enters on the kiosk, timestamped and attributed. It does not sell wireless sensors.

Do both need staff to install an app?

Olia does not. Staff use a shared tablet in the venue with a PIN. Operandio says staff can jump in on a shared device with no email or password.

    How much does Olia cost?

Starter plans begin at 79 euros per location per month, billed monthly with no long-term contract and no per-user fees.

Does Olia work for multiple locations?

Yes. The Growth plan has no cap on venues and is billed per location, with a dashboard and reporting filtered by concept and location.
